After the PCP II, the diocese have BEC called Tipanan in the lowland areas of Cavite and Damayan in the upland areas of Cavite. After the Diocesan Pastoral Planning in the year 1999, the diocese had a Diocesan Pastoral Priorities for Evangelization and the BEC became the diocesan pastoral thrust.
