Weaknesses/Areas of Concern related to Evangelization: financial constraints for seminar expenses (travel), parishes can’t afford to pay 1 full time BEC worker, less attendance during seminars, people consider BEC as an organization, lack of committed leaders to work voluntarily due to poverty.

Regular BEC mass (monthly & bi-monthly) as scheduled by the MSK cell
