Best Practices/Effective means in BEC-based social action program: Leaders (officers) in general are the “peace makers” of clusters and gimongs. Members usually point to their leaders to settle inter-personal conflicts among themselves. Oftentimes, leaders also take the lead in settling conflicts.

Weaknesses/Areas of Concern in BEC-based social action program: The practices of resolving conflict however are not well-documented.
