PROPOSED GUIDELINES

 1.          ON ADDITIONAL NUMBER OF OFFICIAL DELEGATES FROM THE DIOCESE

a.    As per instruction of the CBCP-BEC Office, “let us first retain the 688 participants (8 /diocese) allotment… we would like to invite various religious congregations, mandated organizations, agencies, and renewal groups who also labored for the promotion of BEC these past years…” (Communication sent to the Davao Secretariat dated July 2, 2019)

b.    On the part of the Local Organizing Committee, the Archdiocese of Davao will be able to respond to the request of additional delegates after the deadline, that is, August 30, 2019.

c.    Other important requests regarding the additional number of delegates with special arrangement with regards their billeting, shall be communicated directly to the Local Organizing Committee through our Secretariat, for proper coordination and accommodation.  Please contact these numbers: 0946-332-1381 (Smart) or 0977-490-5565 (Globe). or email us at becdavao2019@gmail.com or send a message in our Facebook account Bec Davao.

2.        ON EXPOSURE

a.    The exposure will be in the BECs of the Archdiocese of Davao, dioceses of Tagum, Digos and Mati which will start after the Concluding Mass of the 4th National BEC Assembly – November 14, 2019.

b.     Duration:  A minimum of 1 day and Maximum of 3 days

c.     Time Frame:  Start:  November 14,2019 – 9:00 a.m.

                             End:   November 17,2019 – 5:00 p.m.

d.    Hosting:  the Parish / BEC will take care of the board and lodging of the participants.

e.    Transportation:  Each assigned DaDiTaMa diocese will take care of fetching the exposurists and sending them off to the airport or to their point of departure.

f.     The earliest time possible, we will be sending the details about the exposure, i.e. areas of exposures where there are BECs with Lumads or IPs, BECs in nearby Muslim communities, BECs in the informal settlers setting, BECs in subdivisions, BECs in rural areas, BECs with IGPs, BECs WITH COMMUNITY DRUG REHABILITATION- SOBER LIFE FELLOWSHIP,etc.
